Dallas Best Mortgage is the place for experienced loan officers who are self starters and can work independently. We are interested in teaming up with Loan Officers that have the knowledge to originate and close loans with little or no supervision. |

We generate leads |
| We have perfected our marketing system to generate our own leads. Each lead we generate is hot and not bought from a lead company. Most days we have more leads than we can handle and will be able to provide each loan officer with a large number of leads. |

Base salary |
| We realize the uncertainty of a purely commission based income and we are open minded in providing our loan officers with a base salary plus commission for each loan. We welcome your input and would like to discuss details with you in person. |

| We regularly invite Accountant Executives as well as trained individuals to provide training to our loan officers. If you have questions we will get the answers you need to be a productive part of the Dallas Best Mortgage team. |

Client meetings |
| Our office is available to you during business hours so you can meet with clients. You will no longer need to go to the coffee shop or open your home for clients to come. Our office is located off of Campbell next to Central Expressway (Highway 75), easily accessible from any location in the Dallas area. |

In-house processing |
| we have experienced loan processing team in house. We will have the fastest closing time you can get anywhere. You can access our processing team any time, so that it can be easy for your clients to submit documents and meet lenders conditions faster. |

24/7 Client support |
| We promise our clients 24/7 support. We do not need our loan officers to work 24/7. If your clients need help outside the regular working hours, you can direct them to our office and we will be happy to help them. |

Compliance requirement |
| Dallas Best Mortgage will enforce there zero tolerance policy and will press charges to the full extent of the law if any fraud is discovered/ reported. Dallas Best mortgage has a good standing with Texas Savings & Mortgage Dept. and would like it to remain in good standing. |
